1) Present ID card (KTP / Passport) upon check-in
2) Present Key card upon check-out
3) For early check-in start from 9 am - 12 pm may cost an extra fee of 50% from room charge (based on availability)
4) For late check-out start from 2 - 4 pm may cost an extra fee of 50% from room charge (based on availability)
5) Swimming pool open start from 7 - 10 am & 3 - 6 pm
6) Daily buffet breakfast time start from 6 - 10 am
7) No pets allowed
8) No durians allowed
